Section 144 enforced for 7 days in various districts of Punjab

According to the official notification, the district authorities have imposed Section 144 for seven days in the districts of Kasur, Jhelum, Mianwali, Mandi Bahauddin and Rawalpindi.

Authorities have “banned all gatherings, public meetings, demonstrations, sit-ins and rallies for seven days under Section 144”.

According to the official order, “those who violate the order will be dealt with strictly.”
