The Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) here on Friday approved two development schemes of Watson/Physical Planning and Housing and Environment sectors with an estimated cost of Rs 4739.833 million.
These schemes were approved in the 24th PDWP meeting for the current financial year 2023-24 under the chairmanship of P&D Board Chairman Iftikhar Ali Sahoo.
The sanctioned schemes are as follows: Provision of Tuff Tiles/Sewage/Drainage Scheme in Malakwal area of Mandi Bahauddin at a cost of Rs.603.683 million. Construction of green building for EMC, EPD and new associated institutions under PGDP (DLI-2, PGDP) Lahore at a cost of Rs.4,136.150 million.
Secretary P&D Board Muzaffar Khan Sial, all members of the board, provincial secretaries and senior representatives of relevant provincial departments also participated in the meeting.
