Majority of them – 70 percent – are hiding in Gulf countries, especially Dubai, while others are in Europe, USA and Canada, from where they operate local criminals in Lahore and the rest of the province to extort small amounts of money from their targets. Can be killed instead. Other heinous crimes including extortion and kidnapping for ransom.

By hiring local shooters, they are contributing a lot to the heinous crimes reported in many cities including Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot.

According to the police records, 11 thousand 792 wanted criminals have been declared wanted in the cases registered against them across the province. 910 of them managed to escape from Pakistan. He was involved in heinous crimes including murder and kidnapping for ransom.
